InstaPayDirect is not a lender

InstaPayDirect is a loan request and lead-generation service operated by InstaPayDirect. We are not a lender, not a loan broker, and not an agent or representative of any lender. We do not make credit decisions, do not approve or deny loan requests, do not set the terms of any loan, and do not fund loans.

No guarantee of approval

Submitting a request through this site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender or that any lender will approve your request. Lenders make their own underwriting decisions.

Service availability varies by state

Service availability varies by state. Residents of the following states are not eligible to use this service: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Vermont, Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Arkansas, Arizona. Even where service is available, individual lenders may further limit availability based on state, product, or borrower profile.

Loan terms are set by the lender

Loan amounts, interest rates, APR, fees, repayment terms, late charges, and funding timing are set by the lender or lending partner that approves your request. Read all lender disclosures, including the Truth in Lending Act disclosure, before accepting any offer.

Short-term and small-dollar loans are not a long-term financial solution

Short-term and small-dollar loans are intended to provide temporary financial relief and are not a long-term financial solution. Consumers facing serious financial difficulty should consider alternatives, including credit counseling, hardship programs offered by their employer or utility, and resources provided by nonprofit credit-counseling organizations.

Tribal lenders

Some lenders in our network may be tribal lenders operating under tribal law. Tribal loans may carry higher fees and APRs than state-licensed loans and may be subject to different consumer-protection rules. Review the lender's disclosures carefully.

Military Lending Act

Federal law provides important protections to members of the Armed Forces and their dependents relating to extensions of consumer credit. In general, the cost of consumer credit to a member of the Armed Forces and his or her dependent may not exceed an Annual Percentage Rate of 36 percent. This rate includes, as applicable to the credit transaction or account: the costs associated with credit insurance premiums; fees for ancillary products sold in connection with the credit transaction; any application fee charged (other than certain application fees for specified credit transactions or accounts); and any participation fee charged (other than certain participation fees for a credit card account).
